Brian Heidsiek,
Owner / Designer / Builder

I built my first full-size, one-room house in my family’s back yard when I was nine years old and haven’t stopped since. I love to build. I love to help people. It’s a privilege to collaborate with homeowners to improve one of the most important parts of their lives — their home.

Prior to becoming a general contractor, I worked as an industrial designer for more than two decades. I’m fortunate to combine professional management skills with a passion for design and building, which are all critical components of an effective design build.

My subcontractors and I take pride in delivering creative design, quality craftsmanship, and beautifully completed home renovation projects on time and on budget.

I’d love to discuss your project!

“Wow”-factor remodels are achieved by hiring passionate, skilled subcontractors who deliver top-quality work. There is a stunning difference between laborers who are going through the motions for cash and true craftspeople who enjoy mutual respect with their general contractor, inherently want to do good work, and are mindful of safety and cleanliness.

Todd is an exceptional. He did the floors for the “Northwest Kitchen,” including the color which he achieved without the expense of staining.

  • Hugo Cardona

Painting and staining of walls, wood and masonry

Hugo developed his own whitewashing or “pickling” technique for the “Masterful Master Suite” accent wood. It is truly stunning from an aesthetic and technical standpoint.

  • Pete and Ernie

Their precision created a perfect fit for a wondering shape in the “Crisp Clean Kitchen.”

  • Barton Drywall

    Drywall Installation
See three-foot stilts used to install drywall and create beautiful, smooth flat walls.

  • Victor Miller

Masonry including brick, stone, stone veneer.

He filled in a window in the brick wall of the “Masterful Master Suite.” It’s impossible to tell.

  • Andrew Barlow

    Tile and custom shower pans

Andrew installed the tile for the “Naturally Northwest Bathroom.” Look closely at the oval intersection between the floor tiles and pebble tiles. It is stunningly accurate.
